Cara Frostfield is a character on Prime Video's Utopia and an agent of the Harvest. She is portrayed by Fiona Dourif.

Cara Frostfield has been a long-time associate of Kevin Christie. Christie has known her since she interned for him while attending college and he attended her wedding and the christenings of her children.
Frostfield attends a meeting of the Harvest led Kevin Christie's son, Thomas Christie. She tells Thomas that Michael Stearns was supposed to sound the victory bell for their vaccine for the Stearns Flu. Thomas agrees, but says that it didn't work out that way. The subject of discussion then turns to Grant Bishop, a young boy who possesses the manuscript of Utopia, a comic that has within its pages the secrets of their plot, which could be used to derail their plans. Thomas tells the group to come up with a way to flush him out, to make it so that everyone in America is looking for him. They come up with a plot to frame Grant for a mass murder, but Cara objects to this as being too extreme, asking if nobody else in the room objects to the murder of an innocent family at a park. At this, Thomas comments that he understands about her being a mother, but she replies that it has nothing to do with being weak or sentimental, that there are simply some lines which can't be crossed. He asks her if she's having doubts about their larger purpose and tells her to "lean in."
Later, Frostfield talks with Kevin Christie, annoyed about being "sidelined" while he goes to the St. Louis Hotzone, a major hotspot for the Stearns Flu outbreak. He tells her that she's not being sidelined, but rather that she's holding down the fort, an important job. He states to her that Thomas isn't ready and might never be. He asks her about Thomas's performance during the meeting and she tells him that Thomas has strong ideas, but needs to be grounded. Sometime following this conversation, however, Arby, an assassin of the Harvest, breaks into her home and begins killing the members of her family. She recognizes him before he kills her as well, her baby in her hands.
Kevin Christie later speaks of Cara Frostfield to Wilson Wilson, telling him that he killed his protégé.
